From a user of HGH:
For the past 12 years since I’ve been interested in human growth
hormone and using it for anti aging (and sometimes weight loss and body
shaping) purposes, I’ve been reading all sorts of misconceptions about
it. Here I will try my best to explain the facts about it.
- positives:
HGH does reduce body fat
it does increase muscle mass and shape the body
it does rejuvenate the body
it makes your nails grow faster
it makes your hair grow faster
it makes your skin softer and nicer - negatives: Abuse of HGH
prolonged HGH use does mess with your blood sugar (you need to eat more
carbs if you get hypoglycemic episodes)
prolonged HGH use can cause a mild carpal tunnel syndrome (which goes
away when you stop taking it)
there is mild water retention (which goes away when you stop taking it)
The difference between HGH and IGF-1 Long R3
HGH essentially does the same thing as IGF and has additional
benefits. It raises the body’s natural IGF-1 levels up to 300% higher so in
a way it will do the same thing as if you were taking IGF-1 directly.
HGH also has other anti aging, body enhancing, rejuvenating and fat
burning effects which is why most people prefer it.
Furthermore, GH works on everyone, while IGF-1 doesn’t. For example,
it does not work on me and I tried about 10 cycles during a few years
time span. On the other hand, I have a friend (20 years of bodybuilding)
who only goes for IGF and it works amazing for him. He says it’s the
best substance ever.
Liquid or freeze dried Human Growth Hormone
Human growth hormone comes in two forms – liquid or lyophilized
(freeze dried powder) form. Both forms are identical, the only
difference between the two is that the liquid is not suitable for
shipping because it is more sensitive to heat and shaking. It has to be
refrigerated at all times. Shaking and temperatures above 8 degrees
Celsius damage the HGH molecules and results in a less potent product. Keep your HGH refrigerated.
When HGH is lyophilized (freeze dried) it survives shaking without
problems and is good at room temperature (up to 37 degrees Celsius / 99
Fahrenheit) for over 30 days. At temperatures up to 45 degrees Celsius
(113 Fahrenheit) it’s good for about a week. When you reconstitute
freeze dried HGH (add water and gently dissolve it without shaking) it
becomes the same as the liquid version.
HGH and temperatures
This is how lyophilized (freeze dried) GH withstands temperatures:
before reconstituted Rx lypholized powder:
- if refrigerated between 2 – 8 degrees Celsius it’s good for over a
year (until expiration date)
- at room temperature (up to 37 degrees celsius) it’s good for over 30
days
- at up to 45 degrees celsius it’s good for about a week
after reconstituted:
- it has to be refrigerated at all times. It’s good for 20 days
How to mix and use the Human Growth Hormone
Water:
Plain sterile water is the best diluent for HGH. The only reason why
someone would use bacteriostatic or saline water is to prolong shelf
life of the mixture. With sterile water the mixture stays good for 20
days. Even at 1IU to 2IU per day a mixed vial would
be used up within 5 days, so there is plenty of time.
Just ask for plain sterile water for injection in your local pharmacy
store, it should be very cheap. If you can’t get it there, see if you
know anyone who works in a hospital or at a doctor’s office – they use
it for washing, so they should be able to give it to you for free. Bacteriostatic water is recommended.
