Get Motivated to Exercise and Increase Your HGH Levels naturally

How To Make Sure You Exercise Regularly

We all can agree that to stay healthy and control our weight we need to exercise regularly and often. Exercise keeps us motivated, strong, prevents health problems like weak bones etc, strengthens our heart and even gives us more energy and makes us feel good, so why do so few people actually do it?

Only about 15% of the population workout 3 times a week, and 63% acknowledge the fact it is good for us and we need to do it, yet do next to no exercise at all.

The reason so few people exercise is because of a lack of motivation. Most people don't avoid exercise because they hate it, they just don't have the energy and motivation to get the ball rolling and start doing it regularly. Starting something is always the hardest part, once you are up and running, things get a lot easier.

If you suffer with a lack of motivation, then don't worry! We're going to give you 3 tips to help motivate you, change the way you think about exercise, and help you stick to it for the long run. Remember once you get started and see results, then it's a lot easier to continue.

  1. Compete: We are all motivated by competition, pitting yourself against a target or other people is a great way to get yourself exercising and enjoying yourself. Consider taking up a sport as your form of ‘exercise', that way it is a lot more fun that running constantly on a treadmill. You could go for a more energetic sport like basketball or baseball, or go for something more genteel like golf. Training for a race like a marathon is also a good way to motivate yourself to get fit.
  2. Stay away from things you dislike: If you start your exercise program by taking on activities you do not like, you are only setting yourself up for failure. If you absolutely hate the idea of spending hours in the gym, do not do it! Find a type of activity that you enjoy doing, and start there. If you like taking your dog for a walk, try that. If you love dancing, put on some music and cut loose! It does not matter what you choose, just get up and get moving.
  3. Plan: Without a plan then you are just drifting along and you don't know if you are doing well or if you are slacking off. Make yourself a plan, give yourself a goal to work towards and a schedule of what you will do to achieve it. Set yourself 10 – 12 workouts a month, and then tick them off as you complete them. This helps to show you when you need to work harder, and even when you need to ease off a bit so you don't burn yourself out.

Human Growth Hormone (HGH / Somatropin)

From a user of HGH:

For the past 12 years since I’ve been interested in human growth hormone and using it for anti aging (and sometimes weight loss and body shaping) purposes, I’ve been reading all sorts of misconceptions about it. Here I will try my best to explain the facts about it.

  • positives:
    HGH does reduce body fat
it does increase muscle mass and shape the body
    it does rejuvenate the body
it makes your nails grow faster
it makes your hair grow faster
it makes your skin softer and nicer
  • negatives: Abuse of HGH
prolonged HGH use does mess with your blood sugar (you need to eat more carbs if you get hypoglycemic episodes)
prolonged HGH use can cause a mild carpal tunnel syndrome (which goes away when you stop taking it)
there is mild water retention (which goes away when you stop taking it)

The difference between HGH and IGF-1 Long R3

HGH essentially does the same thing as IGF and has additional benefits. It raises the body’s natural IGF-1 levels up to 300% higher so in a way it will do the same thing as if you were taking IGF-1 directly. HGH also has other anti aging, body enhancing, rejuvenating and fat burning effects which is why most people prefer it.

Furthermore, GH works on everyone, while IGF-1 doesn’t. For example, it does not work on me and I tried about 10 cycles during a few years time span. On the other hand, I have a friend (20 years of bodybuilding) who only goes for IGF and it works amazing for him. He says it’s the best substance ever.

Liquid or freeze dried Human Growth Hormone

Human growth hormone comes in two forms – liquid or lyophilized (freeze dried powder) form. Both forms are identical, the only difference between the two is that the liquid is not suitable for shipping because it is more sensitive to heat and shaking. It has to be refrigerated at all times. Shaking and temperatures above 8 degrees Celsius damage the HGH molecules and results in a less potent product. Keep your HGH refrigerated.

When HGH is lyophilized (freeze dried) it survives shaking without problems and is good at room temperature (up to 37 degrees Celsius / 99 Fahrenheit) for over 30 days. At temperatures up to 45 degrees Celsius (113 Fahrenheit) it’s good for about a week. When you reconstitute freeze dried HGH (add water and gently dissolve it without shaking) it becomes the same as the liquid version.

HGH and temperatures

This is how lyophilized (freeze dried) GH withstands temperatures:

before reconstituted Rx lypholized powder:
- if refrigerated between 2 – 8 degrees Celsius it’s good for over a year (until expiration date)
- at room temperature (up to 37 degrees celsius) it’s good for over 30 days
- at up to 45 degrees celsius it’s good for about a week

after reconstituted:
- it has to be refrigerated at all times. It’s good for 20 days

How to mix and use the Human Growth Hormone

Water:

Plain sterile water is the best diluent for HGH. The only reason why someone would use bacteriostatic or saline water is to prolong shelf life of the mixture. With sterile water the mixture stays good for 20 days. Even at 1IU to 2IU per day  a mixed vial would be used up within 5 days, so there is plenty of time.

Just ask for plain sterile water for injection in your local pharmacy store, it should be very cheap. If you can’t get it there, see if you know anyone who works in a hospital or at a doctor’s office – they use it for washing, so they should be able to give it to you for free. Bacteriostatic water is recommended.

My First Experience with HGH

Introduction to Real Injectable Prescription Human Growth Hormone Injections Growth Hormone Human Growth Hormone (HGH)

I am an adult male and became fascinated with Prescription Human Growth Hormone Injections Growth Hormone in 2003 by a twist of fate.  It occurred after I met one of my neighbors and became friends with him, not to mention he later got me a job teaching part time at one of the universities where he was working!

My friend, Dr. W, is a University Professor who has a resume spanning over 40 years teaching at prestigious universities, all over the world. What caught me off guard was the fact Dr. W claimed he was in his mid 60’s, but didn’t look even close.  He wouldn’t tell me his exact age, yet he had the energy, a lust for life, and the vitality of an athletic man in his early 30’s.  I found it strange, even bizarre, as he honestly didn’t look a day older than 37.
