Get Motivated to Exercise and Increase Your HGH Levels naturally

How To Make Sure You Exercise Regularly

We all can agree that to stay healthy and control our weight we need to exercise regularly and often. Exercise keeps us motivated, strong, prevents health problems like weak bones etc, strengthens our heart and even gives us more energy and makes us feel good, so why do so few people actually do it?

Only about 15% of the population workout 3 times a week, and 63% acknowledge the fact it is good for us and we need to do it, yet do next to no exercise at all.

The reason so few people exercise is because of a lack of motivation. Most people don't avoid exercise because they hate it, they just don't have the energy and motivation to get the ball rolling and start doing it regularly. Starting something is always the hardest part, once you are up and running, things get a lot easier.

If you suffer with a lack of motivation, then don't worry! We're going to give you 3 tips to help motivate you, change the way you think about exercise, and help you stick to it for the long run. Remember once you get started and see results, then it's a lot easier to continue.

  1. Compete: We are all motivated by competition, pitting yourself against a target or other people is a great way to get yourself exercising and enjoying yourself. Consider taking up a sport as your form of ‘exercise', that way it is a lot more fun that running constantly on a treadmill. You could go for a more energetic sport like basketball or baseball, or go for something more genteel like golf. Training for a race like a marathon is also a good way to motivate yourself to get fit.
  2. Stay away from things you dislike: If you start your exercise program by taking on activities you do not like, you are only setting yourself up for failure. If you absolutely hate the idea of spending hours in the gym, do not do it! Find a type of activity that you enjoy doing, and start there. If you like taking your dog for a walk, try that. If you love dancing, put on some music and cut loose! It does not matter what you choose, just get up and get moving.
  3. Plan: Without a plan then you are just drifting along and you don't know if you are doing well or if you are slacking off. Make yourself a plan, give yourself a goal to work towards and a schedule of what you will do to achieve it. Set yourself 10 – 12 workouts a month, and then tick them off as you complete them. This helps to show you when you need to work harder, and even when you need to ease off a bit so you don't burn yourself out.

How to age rapidly or not!

Let's take a look at a major contributor to the aging process and what it can tell us about slowing the ravages of time on our health. The factor we will explore is cortisol, a hormone that controls dozens of vital functions in the body. When cortisol levels are too high or too low, rapid-aging processes accelerate.

HGH Secretagogue-P2

GHRH Pre-Cursor Secretagogue Analog (Sermorelin)

Sermorelin is a biological active analog of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) that is produced by the human brain to stimulate production and release of growth hormone by the pituitary gland. During youth, ample amounts of GHRH are produced so that the pituitary is able to provide the body with sufficient growth hormone to sustain health, vitality and otherwise normal aspects of form and function. However, during aging, GHRH declines causing reduced production and secretion of pituitary Real Injectable Prescription HGH Growth Hormone Growth Hormone and thereby increasing the sequelae of growth hormone insufficiency that erodes health, vigor and vitality during later life.

Semorelin is the acetate salt of an amidated synthetic amino acid polypeptide, consisting of the first 29 of 44 amino acids of naturally occurring Human Growth Hormone-releasing hormone (GH-H) in the body. Semorelin acetate is the last of the hypothalmic-releasing hormones to be identified and characterized, and represents the shortest fragment of GH-RH known to possess the full biological activity of the parent hormone known as Human Growth Hormone-releasing hormone (GH-H).

In contrast to increasing growth hormone levels by the injection of biosynthetic or Bio-identical Human Growth Hormone, GH-RH injections increase plasma growth hormone concentrations in patients with idiopathic growth hormone deficiency, by directly stimulating the pituitary gland to release natural Human Growth Hormone. Semorelin acetate for injection (GH-RH ) is similar to natural GH-RH with respect to its ability to stimulate Real Injectable Prescription HGH Growth Hormone Growth Hormone secretions in humans.

GH-RH for injection has been effective in the treatment of growth hormone deficiency in children. The clinic anticipates that GH-RH will also be effective in the treatment of adult growth hormone deficiency because it has been effective in the treatment of children, and because Real Injectable Prescription HGH Growth Hormone Growth Hormone has already proven itself to effective in cases of adult growth hormone deficiency. The GH-RH used by the clinic has been studied for 12 years in more than 70 clinical trials in over 2,600 child patients totaling more than 485 patient years of treatment.

Growth hormone releasing hormone for injection was approved for use in children by the FDA in 1997, and became available to the clinic in 1998. It is an experimental clinic treatment with regards to adult patients who are prescribed about half the dose of a small child. Prior clinic approval is required to participate in the adult clinical trial program conducted by the clinic. This therapy has great potential for adults who have growth hormone deficiency and seek to reverse the effects of aging or treat a medical disorder. A patient who is unsatisfied with the results obtained through GH-GH therapy may elect to be treated thereafter with Real Injectable Prescription HGH Growth Hormone Growth Hormone replacement therapy or vice versa.

Typically each bottle of Sermorelin, we have you put 3cc€™s (3ml) of the bacteria static water into it. This is done by tilting the bottle to a 45 degree angle and allowing the water to drip in from the needle slowly so there is no foaming, contact us for the specific protocol for mixing the bacteria static water with the sermorelin white powder to create a clear liquid sermorelin which is used for injecting.

Doing a dose of 300mcg a night, you would pull 30 on the insulin needle €" this dose would make one bottle last 10 days, thus it would take 3 bottles to last one month

Doing a dose of 200mcg a night, you would pull 20 on the insulin needle, this dose would last 15 days and thus, it would take 2 bottles to last one month.

Don't Eat Before you Sleep & Increase HGH

What and when you eat at the end of the day can have a large impact on your body. If you eat the right thing at the right time you can actually lose fat while you sleep. Eat the wrong thing at the wrong time and you can plan on waking up with a little more body fat in the morning.

To successfully loss weight, you'll need to stop eating two hours before going to bed. You should not feel hungry before bed, but you should also not feel completely full. When you're trying to lose weight, going to bed at night feeling slightly hungry is actually a good thing. It's your body telling you that what you did that day is working and you're losing body fat. If you don't feel this way when going to bed, you're probably not losing fat.

Now lets say you follow your brain's directive and eat close to bedtime, your body will not dip into the fat it has stored away, and will probably even store some more. Every time you eat, your metabolism increases slightly. However, this effect is minimized late at night. You don't get the same metabolism boosting benefit when you eat just before bed, because a couple of hours after dinner, your body will start preparing for sleep. This natural slowing down of your metabolic rate overrides any metabolic boost you might get from eating. So once you hit the pillow, the only calories you're going to use are the basic calories you need to keep your heart beating and your lungs breathing and allow your eyes to move in REM sleep. This is only a minimal number of calories.

Natural Production of HGH
Maintaining Natural Production of HGH Hormone when on an HGH Hormone therapy program or increasing your own natural production of HGH Hormone without HGH Hormone therapy.

Getting the best results maintaining healthy HGH Hormone levels with and without Injectable Human Growth Hormone: The human guide to longevity and cell regeneration medicine and understanding these most crucial elements of maintaining good HGH.

In general to get the best results with or without an HGH Hormone replacement therapy program requires one to incorporate an overall healthy lifestyle:

1. regular intense exercise including cardio 90 minutes a day 6 days a week and weight lifting every other day (4 days a week) upper and lower body alternating,

2. take multivitamins, vitamin D and Calcium supplements, amino acids & Omega 3 (fish oil) supplements,

3. a low caloric diet of raw, warm and steamed foods 5 to 6 meals a day.

4. No less than 8 hours of sleep.

5. No Vices: Coffee, Alcohol, Cigarettes or Drugs.

An HGH Hormone protocol that works best for you must be customized to your height, weight, age, blood work, physical exam and medical history, there is no one size fits all program when doing an HRT (hormone replacement therapy) program using Human Growth Hormone.

Human Growth Hormone HGH Hormone & Diet:

Five to Six small meals per day. Strictly follow a healthy, nutritious, nutrient dense and calorie restricted diet. Limit consumption of sugar (a study showed that sugar diminish Growth Hormone secretion). Several studies have shown that being over overweight and suffering from obesity can significantly shorten ones life span and lead to a higher incidence of all kinds of disease.

Repeated studies have shown that moderate caloric restriction can prolong life span up to 30% in humans and animals. The best diet based on human evolution is one involving eating raw foods, eating enough fresh fruits, raw and steamed vegetables, nuts, grains and seeds. Avoid processed foods to the best of your ability. Eat enough calories from fruits, vegetables, meat (limit red meat), eggs and fish.

Try to eat organic foods, because non-organic foods have pesticides which can cause genetic damage and upset your hormone levels.

Try to avoid alcohol, caffeinated or carbonated drinks, processed cereal fiber, non-organic milk products.

Make fighting obesity the central focus of your diet. Fat tissue is rich in Aromatase enzyme and converts testosterone to estradiol and inactivates testosterone. Estradiol (17ß-estradiol) (also oestradiol) is a sex hormone. Mislabelled the "female" hormone, it is also present in males; it represents the major estrogen in humans.

Naturally Increase HGH Hormone with Exercise:

Regular exercise is the best way to naturally increase you HGH Hormone production and your body's ability to process it. Moreover, aging is associated with weaker muscles, lower bone mass and less flexibility. Several studies have shown that exercise prolongs life, decreases heart disease, and lowers high blood pressure and stroke rates. Aerobic exercise is very important for maintaining a healthy vascular system which is a central factor in longevity, vitality and health. Exercise a minimum of 4-6 times a week doing aerobic activities (running, jogging, bicycling, dancing) in conjunction with weight training.

Human Growth Hormone & Dietary Supplements:

Take adequate amounts of nutrients and supplements.

Take a good multi-vitamin that requires you to take more than one vitamin a day, so the supplements are spread out over a given day. Be sure your supplement regimen has enough anti-oxidants - RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) is usually insufficient for the desired health effects. In the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine Desk Reference you can find out about the recommended doses. Take the time to do the research. You might also want to get blood work done to see which vitamins and minerals your body has a problem metabolizing and think about increasing those specific vitamin and minerals.

General Rules with HGH Hormone Therapy Summarized

* Use at bedtime or morning. The pituitary gland's highest secretion of HGH Hormone is usually at night during deep sleep.

* Get a full 7 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Insufficient sleep might prevent the deep sleep period during which HGH Hormone secretion is highest. Also, full sleep is required to allow your body enough time to do all of the tissue maintenance required to avoid decline.

* Get proper nutrition including a good multivitamin. Your body needs the supplies to do all of the tissue maintenance required to avoid decline.

* Use before exercise. Exercise also stimulates your pituitary gland to secret more HGH. Strength (resistance) exercises cause more HGH Hormone secretion than aerobic exercise. Strength exercises that use the legs cause the largest increase because your legs have the largest muscles in your body.
